We are in search of a talented Story Editor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, able to review and refine various forms of content including novels, scripts, and short stories.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread all submitted content for grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Liaise with authors to discuss revisions and improvements based on feedback.
• Ensure adherence to the publication's brand voice and style guidelines.
• Mentor junior editors and assist in training new team members.
• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences in storytelling.
• Develop workshops and training materials for authors and editors.

• Ability to read and write in additional languages: Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
