Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Associate's degree in a mechanical field preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Hands-on experience with farm machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
• Proficiency with hand and power tools

Languages
