Job Description

We are seeking skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining cutting and slicing equipment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials through cutting and slicing operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of machines and tools.
• Adjust and fine-tune machines to ensure precision cutting.
• Assist in the training of new operators on equipment use.
• Adhere to production timelines and maintain output levels.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant industrial experience is required
