Job Description

As an Environmental Science and Protection Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring air and water quality. Your role will involve troubleshooting equipment, conducting field tests, and maintaining accurate records of environmental data.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine field tests and laboratory analyses of samples.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with monitoring equipment in the field.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
  • Participate in environmental assessments and compliance audits.
  • Work with community stakeholders to address environmental concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in environmental monitoring or related fields
