Job Description

Our nursing team seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in various settings. You will assess patient health needs, develop care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Manage patient care activities and supervise auxiliary nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Lead discharge planning and facilitate follow-up care for patients.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience will be considered
• BSN preferred

Experience

• 6+ months of nursing experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Patient Education

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Time Management

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Languages

• Spanish: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in a high-acuity unit: Hands-on experience in ICU or emergency settings preferred.
• Certification in a nursing specialty: Relevant specialty certifications will be highly regarded.
