We are seeking an experienced Gas Line Installer Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of gas lines. This leadership role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing a team of installers, and coordinating closely with project managers. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of gas line installation, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Implement training programs for new hires on installation practices.
• Directly oversee contractor activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Review project plans and discuss priorities with team members.
• Fill out necessary inspection documentation and submit to authorities.
• Assist in resolving any customer inquiries or issues related to installations.
• Engage in regular safety meetings to promote workplace safety.
• Evaluate and optimize installation methodologies for better project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and safety among staff.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
