Job Description

As a Recreation Center Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing the daily operations and activities within our recreation facility. Your primary goal will be to cultivate a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors. This multifaceted role involves staff management, program coordination, and facility maintenance. You will actively engage with the local community to foster partnerships that enrich recreational offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and training of recreational staff.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field
