Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Adjuster to join our team, responsible for evaluating disability claims under the Social Security Administration guidelines. This role involves reviewing medical documentation, conducting interviews with claimants, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough reports based on claim evaluations and evidence studied.
• Communicate effectively with claimants regarding claim status and additional information required.
• Monitor claims throughout the process to ensure timely resolution.
• Utilize various case management and database systems to track and manage caseloads.
• Provide insightful recommendations for cases that require further review.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to disability claims processing.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in disability claims evaluation or related field.
