• Draft and modify plans for various types of construction projects, both residential and commercial.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents and specifications.
• Review project designs and offer insights based on technical expertise.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in building codes.
• Provide support during the construction phase by preparing design modifications as required.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field
• Professional certification in CAD software such as AutoCAD Certified Professional is preferred
• AutoCAD Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for designing technical drawings.
• Revit Experience in creating design models using Revit.
• SolidWorks Familiar with using SolidWorks for 3D modeling.
• Attention to Detail Exceptional accuracy in drafting technical designs.
• Communication Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members.
• Problem-Solving Ability to analyze and troubleshoot design challenges.
• AutoCAD Certified Professional

• English (Fluent)
