Job Description

As an Architectural and Civil Drafter, you will produce detailed technical drawings and designs using specialized CAD software. Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and drafting techniques, along with experience in producing plans for various types of structures.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and modify plans for various types of construction projects, both residential and commercial.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents and specifications.
  • Review project designs and offer insights based on technical expertise.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in building codes.
  • Provide support during the construction phase by preparing design modifications as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certifications in CAD are a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in architecture or civil engineering
