Job Description

As an Aircraft Captain at SkyHigh Airlines, you will be responsible for safely operating and commanding flight operations. Your expertise will ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers and crew members throughout the journey.

Responsibilities

  • Command aircraft and ensure adherence to all aviation safety standards.
  • Lead pre-flight briefings and provide updates to the crew regarding flight plans and weather conditions.
  • Manage passenger safety, addressing concerns and questions throughout the flight.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational standards.
  • Adapt flight operations in response to changing weather and air traffic conditions.
  • Foster a culture of safety and teamwork among cabin crew and operations staff.
  • Engage in post-flight debriefings to discuss and improve flight operations.

Requirements

Education
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3,000 flight hours with 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command and experience on a specific aircraft type preferred.
