Job Description

We are searching for a Civil Engineer to join our Houston team. In this role, you'll design and manage civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet all regulatory and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of engineering principles and be ready to tackle challenges in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Regularly review project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with government agencies to obtain necessary permits.
• Engage in community outreach to explain project benefits and address concerns.
• Analyze and model civil engineering designs for optimization.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies in project designs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects.
• Supervise construction work to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering and project management
