Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender at Manufacturing Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that produces high-quality wheels for automotive and heavy equipment industries. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines for daily production tasks.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with machinery.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and report shortages.
• Follow precise operational protocols to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
• Work alongside quality assurance teams to uphold production quality standards.
• Participate in health and safety training and compliance efforts.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in machining or manufacturing

Experience

• Preferred experience with wheel milling or similar machinery

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
