Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our Phoenix team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural analysis, design, and project management. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative structural solutions across various projects, from residential buildings to commercial complexes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize 3D modeling software to create and modify structural designs.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential projects to clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Ensure all projects follow best practices in sustainability and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in structural engineering with project management experience

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Engineering

Soft Skills

• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in renewable energy projects: Involvement in projects related to renewable energy solutions, especially in structural applications.
• Advanced knowledge of structural health monitoring: Understanding of modern technologies used for monitoring the health of structures.
