Job Description
We are seeking skilled Drilling and Boring Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating drilling machines and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality components.
Responsibilities
- Monitor machine operation and adjust settings for optimal performance.
- Work closely with quality control to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Assist in the setup of new machines and tooling.
- Track production metrics and report on performance to management.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in machining technology preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years operating experience with drilling machines
