Job Description

As a Biomass Power Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our biomass facility. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage the team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and operational aspects of the biomass power plant.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions.
• Monitor biomass fuel quality and supplier compliance.
• Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Direct plant staff in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Act as a liaison between corporate office and plant operations.
