Job Description

The Store Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize loss within the store. This role involves leading a team of Loss Prevention Associates and collaborating closely with store management to ensure compliance with all company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Loss Prevention Associates in daily operations.
  • Monitor security systems for suspicious activity.
  • Oversee training programs for all store associates on loss prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations.
  • Evaluate and improve store layouts and security measures.
  • Research best practices in loss prevention and implement new strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection
