As a Physical Therapist, you will provide hands-on therapy, educate patients on exercise techniques, and collaborate with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. Your commitment to patient care will help enhance recovery and wellness in our community.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Guide patients through exercises and mobility training to improve functionality.
• Provide feedback and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Develop discharge plans and recommend follow-up care when needed.
• Assist with clinical education for students and interns during their rotations.
• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss patient care and departmental goals.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• State licensure to practice physical therapy

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Technical Skills

• Manual Therapy Techniques
• Therapeutic Exercise

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT)
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations: Experience working with a diverse range of age groups to enhance patient care.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems: Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient patient documentation.
