Job Description

The Bonding Molder will be responsible for performing bonding processes to join materials, such as metals or composites, in order to manufacture products as per specifications. This role involves operating specialized machinery, preparing materials, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols during the bonding process.
• Train junior operators on equipment and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Assist in material inventory management and reorder supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Work with supervisors to establish production timelines and milestones.
• Help standardize processes for various bonding tasks to improve accuracy.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of machines, tools, and materials used.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality in the production environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certification or training in bonding techniques preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience with specific bonding materials and processes relevant to the industry

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• Ability to interpret technical drawings

Languages

• English: Fluent
