Job Description

As a Training Specialist, your mission will be to deliver high-quality training to employees, fostering a continuous learning environment. You will assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements to ensure our programs meet the evolving needs of our teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning styles and adapt training content accordingly.
• Provide coaching and support to employees in applying new skills on the job.

• Report on training metrics to stakeholders and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in training and development roles

• Curriculum Design
• E-Learning Platforms

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Training and Development Certified Professional (TDCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with performance management systems: Knowledge in utilizing performance management tools to evaluate employee skill applications.
• Familiarity with instructional design software: Experience working with tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
