Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain reporting tools and dashboards.
• Analyze supplier lead times and delivery schedules to reduce delays.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to align forecasts with real-time data.
• Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes.
• Utilize data analytics to drive informed decisions and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on supply chain processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or analysis

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Software
• Statistical Analysis

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
