Job Description

We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Portland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and project management. In this role, you will work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the structural design process from concept to completion for various projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for complex designs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Utilize advanced software for structural analysis and design.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on commercial projects
Technical Skills
  • SAP2000
  • ETABS

Certifications
  • American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Certification
Languages
