Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Farm and Home Management Educator, also known as a County Demonstrator, responsible for engaging with potential customers and showcasing products and services related to agriculture and home management. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen and instructional skill to effectively drive brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and engage with potential customers.
  • Collect data on customer preferences and trends for reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Exceed sales targets through consistent customer interaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products.
  • Engage in follow-up communication with leads generated from events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during demonstrations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in sales or customer relations preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product demonstrations or retail sales
