Job Description

As the Chemical Plant Technical Director, you will oversee all technical operations within our chemical plant, focusing on efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will guide a team of skilled professionals in optimizing plant performance and enhancing operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise technical operations within the plant, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Lead and coordinate projects aimed at enhancing plant efficiency.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill engineering and technical staff.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and implement necessary changes.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a safety-first culture across all plant activities.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports and performance evaluations.
  • Engage with external regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with a strong focus on leadership roles.
