Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Filler Operator to join our team. As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting filling equipment to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
