Job Description

As an Audio and Video Technician, you will be at the forefront of managing and operating video projection systems for a variety of events and productions. Collaborating with event organizers and technical teams, you will ensure that every event delivers a high-quality audiovisual experience. This role requires a hands-on attitude and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install video projection setups for events.
• Manage video system operations throughout rehearsals and public performances.
• Ensure video content is organized and played accurately.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot tech issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet comprehensive audiovisual needs.
• Adhere to safety standards in all technical operations.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies in the video production field.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members.
• Document equipment usage and maintain an inventory checklist.
• Foster clear communication within teams and with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in audiovisual production

Certifications

• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)

Languages
