Job Description
As a Contracts Director, you will oversee the management of all contractual agreements within our organization. Your expertise will ensure that all contracts comply with legal standards while negotiating terms that are advantageous to us.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation through closure.
Lead contract negotiations to achieve advantageous outcomes for the company.
Assess and enhance existing contract processes for efficiency.
Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure contract terms comply with laws.
Train junior staff on contract management best practices.
Analyze market trends to inform contract strategy.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on contract-related matters.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred
Experience
7-10 years of experience in contract management or a related legal role
