Job Description

We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers to lead our dedicated team at Tech Innovations Inc. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing workflow within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and repair processes of mechanical systems.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Act as a liaison between upper management and the mechanics team.
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
  • Document all incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Participate in planning and strategizing departmental goals.
  • Meet production targets while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in mechanics or repair services
