Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Lineworker to join our team. As an Electrical Lineworker, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical powerlines and equipment. This role demands physical strength and a high level of technical expertise, requiring adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations and repairs of electrical systems and ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct action plans for emergency response and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate risks and ensure safety compliance on every job.
• Operate heavy machinery safely for line installations.
• Engage with local communities to provide educational insights about safety and services.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with other utilities during power outages for improved service.
• Review and implement improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an electrical lineworker apprenticeship program

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in electrical line work.

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Interpretation
• Troubleshooting and Repairs

Certifications

• Electrical Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
