Job Description

Join our growing team as a Photoresist Contact Printer, where you will operate and maintain critical printing equipment to ensure the highest quality outputs. The role involves preparing materials, monitoring processes, and collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the setup and operation of advanced printing technologies.
  • Conduct quality assessments on finished products, ensuring high standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to improve printing methods and materials.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in printing operations and safety practices.
  • Analyze production data for efficiency and yield improvements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for new equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting on equipment failures and coordinate repairs.
  • Manage inventory for printing supplies and materials.
  • Support management with reports on production output and equipment performance.
  • Engage in continuous learning about new printing technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in graphic arts or similar credential is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in photoresist contact printing or related industry
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in operating printing equipment
