Job Description

We are looking for skilled Automotive Glass Installers and Repairers to join our dedicated team. As a Windshield Technician, you will be responsible for accurately repairing and replacing windshields, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document damage to the windshield and other glass components.
• Conduct repairs using approved materials and methodologies.
• Install replacement windshields in accordance with industry standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.
• Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques in automotive glass repair.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in automotive repair is preferred

Experience

• Experience in automotive maintenance or repair is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with windshield repair techniques
• Use of specialized repair tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent
