Job Description

As a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist, you'll conduct research and provide therapy to individuals struggling with behavioral disorders. Collaborating with clients, you will develop treatment plans tailored to their needs, supporting them in overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose clients' behavioral health needs.
• Create and refine treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Utilize statistical software to analyze clinical data.
• Conduct telehealth sessions effectively for remote clients.
• Lead training sessions on behavioral health interventions for staff.
• Network with external health professionals to broaden treatment options.
• Support research initiatives within the organization.
• Develop community outreach programs to raise awareness of mental health resources.

Requirements

Education

• Licensure as a psychologist in the state of practice

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health settings.

• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Certified Behavioral Analyst (CBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
