Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Whiting Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will monitor machine performance, carry out routine maintenance, and ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate whiting machines for different production tasks.
• Track and document machine performance to improve efficiency.
• Conduct safety audits and participate in safety meetings.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues during production runs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety standards.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on equipment issues or improvements.
• Train new employees on equipment safety and operation procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certification in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
