Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
• Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting software to track and manage financial data.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or relevant field

Technical Skills

• Sage Accounting
• Tax Preparation Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
