As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, also known as a Comb Setter, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by setting combs on various machinery. Your attention to detail will ensure the proper operation of equipment while collaborating with your team to meet production goals. This position demands a keen eye for quality and safety as you maintain and troubleshoot machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust combs on manufacturing machinery.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of combs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery operation.
• Monitor production processes for compliance with quality standards.
• Work with supervisors to streamline operations and processes.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in machinery operation or maintenance preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus

Languages
