Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Administration Clerk to assist with various clerical and administrative tasks to support our team. You will manage phone correspondence, schedule meetings, and ensure that documents are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone communications and office correspondences
  • Organize office layout and coordinate office flow
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure data integrity
  • Assist in onboarding new employees with administrative tasks
  • Prepare invoices and maintain records of expenses
  • Assist in overseeing office equipment maintenance
  • Support HR with various clerical tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
