We are looking for a dedicated Caustic Preparer to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of caustic solutions essential for our manufacturing processes, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix caustic solutions as per the production schedule.
• Keep meticulous records of the preparation process and ingredient measurements.
• Conduct routine inspections of chemical preparation equipment.
• Implement safety measures for handling caustic substances.
• Work closely with quality assurance to validate the quality of caustic solutions.
• Assist in training new employees on safe preparation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in the preparation area to meet safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Training in chemical safety is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a chemical manufacturing plant preferred
