Job Description
As a Residential Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning both the interiors and exteriors of residential buildings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong talent for design, a keen eye for details, and significant knowledge of building codes and construction methods.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to inform design decisions.
  • Engage clients in designing processes through presentations and walk-throughs.
  • Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.
  • Maintain documentation for all design projects for future reference and audit trails.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Professional certification (NCIDQ or equivalent) preferred
  • AutoCAD Proficient in AutoCAD for creating accurate design drawings.
  • SketchUp Experienced in using SketchUp for 3D modeling.
  • Revit Skilled in Revit for building information modeling.
  • Photoshop Able to utilize Photoshop for creating design presentations.
  • InDesign Familiar with InDesign for layout and presentation purposes.
  • Strong communication Excellent communicative abilities to explain design ideas.
  • Teamwork Demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving Proficient in identifying issues and devising effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous in design and execution to ensure quality.
  • LEED AP
  • NCIDQ Certification
  • English (Fluent)
