We are seeking motivated Gambling and Sports Book Writers and Runners to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling pari mutuel tickets and assisting customers with their betting needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide answers about betting options.
• Train new staff in betting procedures and customer service roles.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities to supervisors.
• Coordinate with security to maintain a safe betting environment.
• Stay informed about winning bets and payout procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in business or hospitality is a plus.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Betting systems knowledge

Languages
