Job Description

As an Auditor-In-Charge, you will oversee and lead audit engagements ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. This key role involves managing a dedicated team of auditors, conducting risk assessments, and delivering comprehensive audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit engagements from planning through execution and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Review and assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior auditors to enhance their skills.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Adapt audit methodologies to meet the needs of diverse industries.
• Utilize audit management software to streamline audit processes.
• Ensure effective communication of audit findings to management.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing with managerial experience preferred.
