Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health therapy, providing support to individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders in clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct intake interviews and ongoing assessments.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and treatment options.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Valid license to practice in Utah is necessary

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills preferred: Ability to converse in a second language can be an asset.
