Job Description

As a Non-Profit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations and programs to enhance community well-being. Your leadership will drive initiatives aimed at creating lasting impact, fostering partnerships, and securing funding to sustain our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of non-profit programs.

  • Monitor compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.

  • Represent the organization in community forums and meetings.
  • Utilize data to drive decision-making and program adjustments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in relevant area is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years in managing non-profit organizations or similar fields
