Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of material-moving operators, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all operations within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of warehouse staff and equipment use to meet operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state safety regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse staff.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Provide leadership and support to team members in resolving issues.
• Facilitate communication between staff and management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
