Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Internal Auditor to join our skilled team in San Jose. This position requires a detail-oriented individual proficient in auditing practices, compliance regulations, and financial analysis. The Internal Auditor will play a critical role in assessing and improving our internal controls, risk management processes, and overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audit processes from planning through reporting.
• Assess risk and assist in the design of appropriate controls.
• Prepare comprehensive audit documentation.
• Monitor and report on compliance with organizational policies.
• Identify trends and propose improvements based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance adherence.
• Provide insights into financial trends and best practices.
• Review and recommend enhancements to financial procedures.
• Mentor junior auditors and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in internal auditing
