Electrical Power-Line Installer and Repairer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Electrical Power-Line Installers and Repairers. As part of our team, you will engage in installing and maintaining power lines, focusing on safety protocols and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and repair electrical power lines and related equipment.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all safety practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide swift solutions.
• Work with heavy machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Document daily work and safety incidents accurately.
• Assist in training junior staff and apprentices.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions regularly.
• Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Electrical Technology is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical installations

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting Skills
• Electrical Code Knowledge

Certifications

• Electrical License (if required by state)

Languages

• English: Fluent
