We are seeking a skilled Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Setter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core placement in molds and the ability to operate casting machines to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate casting machines for metal and plastic parts.
• Monitor the coremaking process and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure standards are maintained.
• Train and mentor junior staff in core placement techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC): Experience in applying statistical methods to monitor and control manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing: Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
