Join City Planning Group as an Urban Planner in Los Angeles, where you'll collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement urban plans that meet community needs. You’ll engage in research, zoning assessments, and public consultations, ensuring sustainable urban development.

Responsibilities

• Lead urban planning projects from conception through implementation.
• Engage with the public and stakeholders to build consensus on planning initiatives.
• Assess environmental impacts of proposed developments.
• Draft and review planning regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, Geography, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in urban development

Technical Skills

• GIS Mapping

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages
