HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance efforts. You will work to ensure a positive workplace environment, support employee development, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate communication.
• Develop and enforce HR policies to promote a healthy workplace.
• Assist in conflict resolution and employee mediation.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover data.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving overall employee engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
