Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming loan applications for completeness.
• Enter application details into the database for processing.
• Engage with clients for any clarification or additional documentation.
• Sort and maintain loan documentation appropriately.
• Evaluate loan contracts for accuracy and conformity.
• Regularly update customer profiles and loan data.
• Assist borrowers with document preparation for loan closings.
• Provide comprehensive support for inquiries throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processing times.
• Ensure strict adherence to company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
