Job Description

Join us as a Farm Equipment Mechanic and Service Technician where you'll be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of farm machinery. Candidates should have a solid understanding of mechanical systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure our customers' equipment operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical repairs on farm equipment and machinery.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
  • Deliver quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with parts department for receiving and ordering needed parts.
  • Keep the workshop and tools organized and clean.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
  • Assist in annual inventory counts of parts and equipment.
  • Contribute to team goals and collaborate on projects.
  • Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on equipment recalls, warranties, and safety notices.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Agriculture, Diesel Mechanics, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with farm machinery repair and maintenance
