Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing eggs.
• Prepare detailed reports on grading outcomes for management review.
• Train new staff on grading techniques and safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of egg products and packaging materials.
• Monitor equipment operations and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate communication between the grading team and management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• Prior experience in egg grading or agricultural roles is highly advantageous

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to lift heavy loads

Soft Skills

• Communication

• Training in food handling procedures: Certification in food safety or handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of egg packing techniques: Understanding of effective packing methods for perishable products.
